Manage Reviews with Ease Using Pre-Populated Responses

Thursday, January 03, 2019

It has been shown time and time again that responding to online reviews is a necessity for any business. In fact, modern consumers expect a review response within 24 hours, and brands who provide direct responses to reviews have better ratings. At this point, it’s clear that businesses in virtually every sector have to get actively involved in customer conversations.

But it’s not always as straightforward as it sounds. For most multi-location brands—and other businesses that receive a high volume of reviews—responding to each and every review can quickly become a monumental task. This is why we’ve streamlined the process so that each review can be acknowledged and managed in a matter of seconds.

New for 2019: templated responses to online reviews

Our new Pre-Populated Review Response feature can make the arduous task of responding to all your reviews significantly less daunting. It allows you to save up to 10 pre-canned responses in your account for fast retrieval. These standard saved responses can be used to reply to any review collected in our TransparenSEE dashboard, helping you make light work of the high volume of reviews that pour in through your various brick-and-mortar locations.

Of course, each of these pre-populated review responses can be edited or personalised on the fly, and even augmented with additional content if needed. So rest assured that you won’t be providing reviewers with an impersonal, cookie-cutter response—but you will be saving yourself a lot of time and effort.

Why do review responses matter?

If your business hasn’t yet adopted the practice of replying to each and every review, you should start to consider it as part of your reputation management strategy. After all, responding to reviews—the good, the bad, and the ugly—is likely to increase the number of future reviews, boost customer advocacy, and create invaluable SEO benefits.

For brands that already respond to reviews but have neither the time nor the manpower to respond to each and everyone, now is the time to take advantage of our smart new feature. The draining, repetitive task of responding to reviews has just become a little less tedious, and that’s good news for any business that wants to succeed in the competitive world of local search.
