Our Thriving Partnership with Adobe—and What it Means for Our Clients

Our Thriving Partnership with Adobe—and What it Means for Our Clients

Eli Grant

Over the last 15 years, we have helped brands plan, implement, and operate their marketing technology ecosystems—and Adobe, as the recognised market leader in enterprise digital solutions, has been at the centre of most of these engagements. So, we’re proud to announce that DAC is now a Business Level Solution Partner for the Adobe Experience Cloud, joining an exclusive group of only a few dozen partners to achieve that status in North America.

Like many brands, our history with Adobe’s products began in the marketing analytics space. Throughout the journey from Omniture to Site Catalyst and now Adobe Analytics, we have worked alongside Adobe to become a trusted implementation and operational partner for brands leveraging their solutions. Adobe Analytics, in fact, has become a powerful platform for many of our clients with its advanced segmentation capabilities, templated and customisable reporting interfaces, and integrated tag management. But, in 2019, analytics is just the beginning.

A unique combination of knowledge and tech

As Adobe has evolved its Experience Cloud beyond Analytics through innovation and acquisition, so too have we developed leading expertise in additional products—including Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Advertising Cloud, which are invaluable to our data-driven, cross-channel, Enterprise-to-Local digital media engagements.

We’ve deployed these solutions for brands like Bridgestone and TaxSlayer to drive great results in paid search, programmatic display, social advertising, and online video. Audience Manager allows us to activate first-party customer data through digital media to not only optimise campaign targeting and messaging but define and engage new audiences to drive customer acquisition. Advertising Cloud, meanwhile, helps us maximise campaign efficiency through advanced campaign optimisation tactics, especially in paid search and video advertising.

DAC is one of the only agencies specialised in the intersection of Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, and Ad Cloud. Combined with our unique expertise, these solutions empower us to deliver transformative Enterprise-to-Local strategies for national and international brands that transact online and through physical locations. Multi-location retailers, financial services companies, and automotive brands—as well as travel and hospitality providers and quick-service restaurants—are at the sweet spot of our hyperlocal capabilities and the performance-driving power of Adobe platforms.

Beyond this trio of products, we’re also certified experts in other critical components of the Adobe Experience Cloud, including Experience Manager, Target, and Campaign. We’ve helped numerous clients deliver brand-to-local programs via these tools, and maximised their investments by ensuring each platform works hand-in-hand to deliver value. There’s also Adobe’s recent acquisition of Magento and Marketo, which creates new possibilities that we’re excited to unlock for current and future clients of Adobe and DAC.

Let’s celebrate at Adobe Summit

Our path to Business Partner status has been unprecedented. An established Adobe Community Partner for several years, at the beginning of 2018 we put our foot on the gas to accomplish in just 12 months what it takes many partners years to achieve.

The first major step was delivering multiple successful client engagements with clients in the US and Canada. Second was formalising the expertise that has long existed in the agency through Adobe’s specific training and certification programs. Third was elevating our collaboration with Adobe from enablement to marketing to joint sales efforts.

From March 25-29, we’re celebrating our Business Partner status at Adobe Summit with numerous networking events throughout the week. These will be great opportunities to meet some of DAC’s experts, connect with peers from other brands, and engage with Adobe leaders.

If you’re heading to the Summit, we’d love to have you at one of our events! Contact us via the form to learn more about our event itinerary—or, if you’re not attending, contact us to see how DAC and Adobe can help your brand drive transformative growth online.
