DAC

Influential research and advisory firm Forrester has named DAC a contender in The Forrester Wave™: Performance Marketing Agencies, Q3 2019, citing us for bringing a unique offering to multilocation brands.

Nasser Sahlool—Vice President, Client Strategy—is delighted with DAC’s inclusion.

“To be recognised as a contender in the Wave, and to have our unique offering specifically cited, is extremely exciting. We are an independent agency that has remained laser-focused on what we do and who we do it for, using our differentiation as our North Star for almost five decades. We know this works when applied to the brands we are built for; it drives transformational growth for them.”

What is the Forrester Wave—and why is DAC included?

The Forrester Wave is a guide for businesses considering their purchasing options in a technology marketplace. Forrester applies a publicly available methodology across all participating vendors to equitably compare the players in a software, hardware, or services market—from Data Management Platforms to Cloud Contact Centers—helping professionals make informed decisions without spending months conducting their own research.

Their goal in the Performance Marketing Agencies category is to compare agencies that may vary in size, functionality, geography, and vertical market focus, but are united by their mission to target in-market consumers, drive them to convert in digital channels, and support organic marketing efforts.

As part of DAC’s vendor profile, Forrester noted that we leverage our TransparenSEE platform to help our clients gain greater visibility against their competitors when customers are actively looking for information or locations nearby. For our CEO and Managing Partner, Norm Hagarty, it’s the culmination of a considered long-term strategy.

“This recognition didn’t happen overnight, but is due to years of investment in technology and exceptional work from the best team in the industry. We are delighted and humbled to be recognised. It’s a unique achievement for an independent agency, and one that couldn’t have happened without the contributions of every member of the DAC family.”

What does this mean for DAC clients?

There’s no doubt that inclusion in the Forrester Wave is a landmark achievement for an independent agency. But our day-to-day goals remain the same: create connections, drive measurable growth, and continually iterate.

So, it’s business as usual for our existing clients, who can be confident they have partnered with a performance agency considered one of the best in the world—especially for brands with distributed local footprints.
