Balance Box were unhappy with their overall revenue and the failure of growth in site traffic. Their competitors were consistently outranking them for vital keywords, while the state of their mobile pages (combined with the fact that over half of all their visitors were found on mobile) meant that conversion was very low. DAC were faced with the challenge of correcting these problems and driving growth.
We aimed to increase the brand’s visibility through a three-pronged SEO approach: technically optimise the site, create keyword content hubs, and regularly publish blog content. As the majority of visitors were using mobile, we focused on reconstructing the user experiencer on mobile to increase the number of sessions and transactions.
Mobile transaction increased by 111% while the average mobile session’s time grew by 68%. In one month, transaction increased by 11%; within 10 months, non-brand traffic increased from 25% to 82%; and within 12 months, visitor numbers had increased by 381%. Overall, DAC grew their year-on-year revenue by 30%, exceeding revenue target by 5%.
