The challenge

Sylvan Learning is the premier brand in childhood education with hundreds of centres serving kids and communities across the US and Canada.

The solution

As part of a rebrand—and to better connect with parents—we worked with Sylvan to localise their digital paid media (SEM, display, and social), provide local listings management, and produce search-friendly, conversion-optimised, and mobile-ready content-at-scale pages. This, combined with local presence management in maps channels, enabled us to capture and convert traffic in a way that benefits parents, local centres, and the brand.

The impact

The overall result of this integration is that Sylvan could better tell their story to parents that were looking for help at the hyper-local level, delivering results that exceed expectations while eliminating spend in areas outside of their footprint; areas that were previously exposed to campaigns run at a national level. Our engagement was awarded Best Education Online Campaign award at the Web Marketing Association’s 2016 Internet Advertising Competition.
