DAC Data Breach

DAC Data Breach

Wednesday, June 08, 2016
Nasser Sahlool

DAC has experienced an illegal data breach of limited amounts of data, primarily business email addresses, from a single, isolated development server, not a production system. As a search and digital marketing agency we only have access to publicly available data. We do not have access to, or store any, sensitive personal information. The breach was of primarily business email addresses, not any correspondence, customer account nor customer product information.

We have verified the extent of the breach through an intensive internal review and are actively communicating with our affected clients.

The security on the development server has been enhanced and we apologize to our clients for this disruption to normal business flow and practice

Please contact Nasser Sahlool if you have any questions.
