DAC Awarded One of Canada’s Top SMEs for 2015

Award recognizes privately-held agency’s commitment to employee well-being and professional performance

Toronto, Ontario (March 10, 2015), DAC is proud to announce it has been named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2015 by Mediacorp Canada Inc., The award acknowledges the digital agency’s commitment to creating and maintaining an exceptional workplace.

In 2014, DAC opened its eighth office in North America and expanded its headquarters by adding 5500 sq. ft. of work, meeting and recreational space and accommodating 52 new personal workstations. The agency attributes this success to an aggressive investment in building a highly collaborative, employee-focused atmosphere vested in professional development and designed to foster innovation and nurture career success. 2015 will mark a website refresh, the roll-out of new professional development tools and a new intranet framework focused on further promoting cross-office collaboration.

Each year, Mediacorp measures companies in a variety of categories, including strong performance management, training and skills development, employee benefits, and community involvement. The competition is in its third year.
