How I drive performance:
I lead a team of digital experts who work with our clients to build digital strategic plans. A good strategy is the invisible foundation that powers all tactical initiatives and performance metrics. This usually involves taking a step back and seeing all the moving parts through a wider lens, and focusing on how they all work together. I work with clients to understand their business goals, and to connect these to tangible digital KPIs, to make sure we're investing the right budgets into the right tactics at the right time and—most importantly—that we're measuring success by the right metrics.
