Want to join DAC, but have a few questions first? Here’s what you need to know before taking the next step, including how our interview process works, remote working arrangements, and our in-office safety protocols.
Someone from the DAC talent team will reach out to you if you’re selected for an interview. We appreciate all applications; however, only those selected to move forward will be contacted.
To prepare for your interview, we suggest reviewing our website to get familiar with our team and the work we do. You can also see what we’ve been up to lately by reading some of our case studies, checking out our blog, or listening our podcast. We want to know what you can bring to the table, so think about your background, your skillset, and how you would thrive in our unique agency environment. We also want you to have the support you need to succeed, so be sure to have some questions prepared for the team. Most importantly, just be yourself!
The interview process varies by role, job level, and department. We pride ourselves in finding the best and brightest talent. This means we really get to know each candidate—and we give our candidates time to get to know us. The hiring process can include 2–5 rounds of interviews and can consist of a skills assessment, in-person interview, DISC assessment, and final meetings with executive leadership.
DAC has a casual dress code but when it comes to interviewing, dress to impress. Always remember that you are your own brand and should dress professionally when interviewing, no matter if it’s an in-person or virtual meeting.
Yes! We still love to come into the office, but we understand employees need the flexibility to work from home. A hybrid workplace gives us the best of both worlds: allowing employees to own their schedule while providing a dedicated space for in-person collaboration.
We see ourselves growing both locally and internationally. With exciting existing and new projects, there’s always something fun to work on here at DAC.
