Hop! The retail Summit 2023

Presented by the Conseil québécois du commerce de détail (CQCD), the Retail Summit returns this year with a renewed formula, highlighting innovative and strategic solutions designed to stimulate the sector’s development and strengthen business relationships with decision-makers.

The 2023 edition of Hop! the Retail Summit will be taking place on October 26 at the Port of Montreal’s Grand Quay. More than 30 exciting conferences will address crucial issues and current trends in the retail industry.

An exceptional conference will also be hosted by Fanny Mooijekind, General Manager of DAC’s Montreal office, on Deserres’ use of data to attract and retain customers. This presentation will provide insight into how data can be leveraged in digital media to drive in-store traffic and build customer loyalty. We’ll give you a brief overview of the strategies, but more importantly, we’ll present you with a concrete plan of action to achieve this, even with limited resources and a small team.
