US Search Awards 2021 Shortlist: Best Integrated Campaign

After the chaos of 2020, Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) faced unprecedented challenges heading into 2021 to support their 2,200 US retail store locations in the Tire and Auto service category, especially in terms of budget and channel execution.

Our response was a groundbreaking omnichannel strategy—including CTV (connected TV), OTT (over-the-top content delivery), and OLV (online video)—that has not only exceeded all expectations, but earned a place on the shortlist for Best Integrated Campaign at the 2021 US Search Awards.
