This includes two internal promotions of Sonia Allard and Adam Luck, and a new addition to the company, Fanny Mooijekind. These exciting changes ensure that DAC is set up for success, and so we can continue to drive transformational growth for our clients.

Sonia Allard – Vice President of Marketing Communications
Sonia Allard has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing Communications at DAC where she will be managing DAC’s brand internationally and oversee DAC’s marketing strategy.
During her past three years at DAC, Sonia oversaw the Montreal office and clients. Sonia has distinguished herself with compelling strategic solutions that drive results for DAC’s clients. With more than 18 years of senior digital marketing experience, Sonia enhances every engagement with her formidable skill set, exceptional insight, and natural marketing savvy.
A very well respected and inspiring leader, Sonia can bring out the best in the people around her and will now focus with her marcom team on driving performance for the DAC brand in Canada, US and Europe.
Fanny Mooijekind – General Manager in Montreal
Fanny Mooijekind will be joining DAC as General Manager in Montreal, overseeing the office and our clients based out of Montreal.
Fanny is an experienced e-commerce and marketing professional, having worked in the digital marketing field for the past 20 years. Fanny is returning to the Agency world after some time client side. Her past companies include BBDO, Nurun, Rona, Cirque du Soleil and most recently Pelican International.
As a dynamic, results-oriented and data-centric individual, she’s eager to meet and exceed our client needs. She is passionate about motivating, engaging, and empowering her teams – with a strong emphasis on personal growth for her staff.
In Montreal, Fanny will be focusing on advising clients, problem solving, and managing Canada’s second largest office. She will also be identifying and creating new business opportunities and adjusting marketing tactics based on client trends and preferences.
Adam Luck – Managing Director of Canada
Adam Luck has stepped into the new role of Managing Director of Canada, overseeing all three of DAC’s Canadian offices and continuing to provide strategic account planning to our clients.
During the past three years at DAC, Adam has successfully grown DAC’s Toronto and Vancouver offices, as well as nurture our existing client relationships and build trust. He brings a wealth of leadership experience and is well respected by our clients and his team.
As DAC’s client roster continues to expand, Adam will be ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional service in order to exceed our clients’ business objectives, and will be involved in defining creative solutions to meet our client’s needs.
