Boutique fashion brand OAK + FORT grew rapidly after launching its first boutique in 2010, largely supported by grassroots marketing and word of mouth. Ten years later, that growth had slowed and DAC stepped in to take the company into paid digital advertising for the first time. The spectacular performance we drove was duly recognized at the Mobile Marketing Association’s 2020 SMARTIES awards.
That’s no small feat. Winners are selected from among hundreds of submissions across more than 20 countries, and were initially shortlisted by the SMARTIES Screening Council of over 100 marketing professionals at leading brands, agencies, and technology enablers across the globe. Shortlisted campaigns were then reviewed in virtual jury sessions by the MMA’s independent jury.
