We’re delighted to congratulate our very own Director of Digital Media, Felicia DelVecchio, on her big win at this year’s Search Engine Land Awards. Named Search Marketer of the Year, Felicia has been recognised for leading DAC’s award-winning SEM program with Bridgestone—an engagement of unprecedented scale and complexity.
Felicia’s dedication to the Bridgestone account has transformed their digital presence, leading to five consecutive years of double-digit growth in a fiercely competitive space. Navigating the constantly changing digital landscape isn’t always an easy task and we’re lucky to have Felicia on our team.
The numbers speak for themselves
Felicia’s hard work over the last five years has certainly paid off with results that can’t be ignored. Her innovative Enterprise-to-Local strategy has achieved a 59% increase in revenue against a 14% decrease in spend; 971% more store visits resulting from “near me” searches; and a 53% increase in overall store visits at a 40% lower cost per visit.
She attributes the progress success to her team of dedicated professionals who have been there with her every step of the way. I cannot express how much it means to me both personally and professionally,” says Felicia. “The biggest honour of all is to work with a group of truly incredible people that share a passion for search marketing and have put in blood, sweat, and tears (and truly extraordinary innovation) into the work we do each and every day.

Felicia’s accolade is not the first time DAC’s Bridgestone program has earned industry recognition. In its first year, it won the Landy for Best Local Search Campaign and the SEMPO Global Award for Best Paid Search Campaign. It was also twice a finalist in 2018—once for The Drum Search Awards Best Paid Search Campaign and once again for a Landy, this time for Best Search Campaign – Enterprise.
