Since DAC started its content marketing engagement with Quill’s blog, Café Quill in May 2016, there has been a 57% lift in organic traffic and 59% increase in the number of ranked organic keywords for Quill.com. There has also been a 2% increase in revenue originating from users who entered via organic search and consumed content on the Café Quill blog – a significant amount in the context of current annual revenues in excess of $1 billion.
To create content that cuts through the clutter and resonates with Quill.com customers, we enlisted the services of a select group of influencers to create and share content about their areas of expertise. Each author was selected on the basis of content quality, social authority and appeal to the Quill audience demographic, which DAC defined through in-depth persona research. The Café Quill blog provides content for administrative professionals focused on lifestyle and career, with helpful articles and infographics on everything from quick weekday lunch recipes to workplace management tips.
