Health and beauty retailer Boots, one of the UK’s most established and trusted pharmacy-led health and beauty chains with over 2,000 stores nationwide, has appointed DAC to deliver a full local SEO audit in order to optimise its online presence. The aim for Boots is to improve its online branch listings for its retail and pharmaceutical operations and organic visibility for non-branded researches.
DAC will be tasked to deliver a full local SEO audit for the brand to improve its online branch listings. DAC will have a strategic focus on local SEO, working with Boots’ SEO team on how to improve the user journey experience for individual branch pages and reduce the number of clicks required for finding the information needed.
In addition to delivering the SEO audit, DAC will provide access for Boots’ customer service team to its reputation management platform that allows individual stores to engage with feedback from customer reviews while integrating SEO at a local branch level.
