Natalie Santiago

Natalie is a Senior Account Executive at DAC. She has previous experience in the insurance industry, where she learned the language of insurance and common day-to-day tasks. This has enabled her to communicate with her clients and their teams about new processes. During a period when she did door-to-door sales, she learned how to build relationships, an experience that she uses when establishing trust with her clients.  

She has a bachelor’s degree in English writing and literature with a minor in Spanish from DePauw University in Indiana. While there, she cofounded the First-Generation Organization, which provided resources for students who are the first in their families to go to college. She is originally from Chicago, so whenever she has time to spare, she likes to visit family and take up new hobbies like herbalism and crocheting.
