Calgary-based airline WestJet is used to overcoming the challenges that come with growth; after all, in only its first 20 years it is now one of Canada’s most preferred airlines. In terms of its online presence — organic search, specifically — WestJet worked with DAC Group to scale out quality digital content that would capitalize on its real-world successes. Our solution was to build out one of our most granular Content at Scale programs to date, encompassing two distinct verticals (flights and vacations), every possible origin-and-destination permutation serviced by WestJet, and a huge amount of unique, search-optimized, conversion-oriented and mobile-ready content. Takeoff didn’t take long, and performance keeps climbing.
