Starbucks, the iconic worldwide leader in premium coffee, wants to “inspire and nurture the human spirit — one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time”. With almost 1,400 locations in communities across Canada, it was important that coffee lovers could find their favorite cup and we were able to lead them in this area. Originally partnering in 2014, DAC Group and Starbucks recently renewed a multi-year Local Presence Management engagement to continue driving in-store visits and redemptions. DAC Group optimizes, manages and distributes Starbucks store data to all the search engines and online directories that matter, including Google, Bing, Apple Maps, IYP and a vast network of data aggregators that power smaller local directories and navigation systems. Starbucks’ local listings now show more frequently than ever for branded and unbranded searches, leading to YoY increases in in-store traffic and redemption — and leaving them free to do what they do best: premium coffee experiences.
