Chez DAC, nous testons et affinons continuellement des strat\u00e9gies pour garantir que nos clients non seulement atteignent leurs audiences cibles, mais transforment \u00e9galement cette port\u00e9e en interactions et transactions significatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;une de nos initiatives r\u00e9centes a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 exploiter les publications sur Google Business Profile (GBP), un outil devenu de plus en plus crucial pour les entreprises cherchant \u00e0 se d\u00e9marquer dans les r\u00e9sultats de recherche locaux. Google propose deux principaux types de publications via GBP : les publications &#8220;Offres&#8221; et &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221;. Ces publications offrent aux entreprises la possibilit\u00e9 de promouvoir leurs produits, services et promotions sp\u00e9ciales directement dans leurs fiches locales, les rendant ainsi tr\u00e8s visibles pour les clients potentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les publications &#8220;Offres&#8221; sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement orient\u00e9es vers les fiches mobiles et se concentrent sur une seule promotion ou un seul rabais, incitant \u00e0 une action imm\u00e9diate. En revanche, les publications &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221; sont affich\u00e9es \u00e0 la fois sur les plateformes de bureau et mobiles. Ces publications sont con\u00e7ues pour mettre en avant des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sp\u00e9cifiques, tels que des ventes ou des promotions en magasin, et redirigent souvent les utilisateurs vers une page d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, encourageant ainsi la participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DAC avait un client qui diffusait de nombreuses publications d&#8217;offres orient\u00e9es vers des promotions individuelles, mais nous avons remarqu\u00e9 qu&#8217;une part significative du trafic de leur site web provenait d&#8217;un lien g\u00e9n\u00e9rique regroupant toutes les offres que nous avions configur\u00e9 comme un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Cette observation nous a amen\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9mettre l&#8217;hypoth\u00e8se que pr\u00e9senter ces coupons comme des &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221; pourrait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un trafic plus cibl\u00e9 et conduire \u00e0 des taux d&#8217;engagement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. La visibilit\u00e9 peut-elle stimuler l&#8217;engagement ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;hypoth\u00e8se de DAC reposait sur la visibilit\u00e9 de ces publications. Nous pensions que les utilisateurs pourraient davantage interagir avec les publications &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221; en raison de leur visibilit\u00e9 accrue. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les publications &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221; apparaissent \u00e0 la fois sur les appareils de bureau et mobiles, elles ont le potentiel d&#8217;attirer plus d&#8217;attention que les publications &#8220;Offres&#8221;, qui ne s&#8217;affichent que sur mobile. En transformant les coupons promotionnels sp\u00e9cifiques en publications &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221;, nous esp\u00e9rions toucher un public plus large, entra\u00eenant davantage de visites sur le site web, de leads, et d&#8217;interactions avec les coupons. Notre objectif \u00e9tait de voir si ce changement entra\u00eenerait un taux de clics (CTR) plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des publications. Bien que le volume total de trafic provenant de ces publications soit rest\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1 % du trafic total des fiches, les m\u00e9triques sp\u00e9cifiques ont montr\u00e9 une croissance impressionnante. Le trafic du site web provenant des &#8220;Posts&#8221; a augment\u00e9 de 531 %, les leads g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par ces publications ont cr\u00fb de 333 %, et les impressions ou envois de coupons ont connu une hausse de 189 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats ont confirm\u00e9 notre hypoth\u00e8se selon laquelle la visibilit\u00e9 accrue des publications &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221; conduirait \u00e0 un engagement utilisateur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. En pr\u00e9sentant des coupons promotionnels sp\u00e9cifiques sous forme d'&#8221;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221;, le client a pu capter plus d&#8217;attention et obtenir des am\u00e9liorations significatives tant en termes de trafic que d&#8217;interactions. Ce test souligne l&#8217;importance d&#8217;optimiser en permanence les strat\u00e9gies digitales pour tirer pleinement parti des outils disponibles sur des plateformes comme Google Business Profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce test a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la puissance des publications &#8220;\u00c9v\u00e9nements&#8221; pour stimuler l&#8217;engagement et am\u00e9liorer la visibilit\u00e9.
