Par exemple, Google interdit d\u2019offrir une promotion contre un avis positif, de demander des avis positifs seulement, ou encore de payer pour ces derniers. Si ces directives ne sont pas respect\u00e9es, Google peut en effet supprimer les avis ou m\u00eame bannir une entreprise de ses services.
