Mes nouveaux camarades de classe me demandaient : &#8220;Comment c&#8217;\u00e9tait de vivre l\u00e0-bas ?&#8221;. Ma r\u00e9ponse a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 la m\u00eame : &#8220;C&#8217;\u00e9tait normal&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que nous vivons actuellement une p\u00e9riode extraordinaire, nous ne pouvons pas sous-estimer le d\u00e9sir humain de revenir \u00e0 une situation normale. La preuve de ce d\u00e9sir est partout autour de nous, m\u00eame en pleine crise. C&#8217;est ce besoin de retour \u00e0 la normale dans un paysage profond\u00e9ment perturb\u00e9 qui doit guider nos actions.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer ce retour commence par prendre conscience que nous vivons dans un environnement \u00e9volutif qu\u2019il est n\u00e9anmoins possible de d\u00e9composer en phases distinctes. Nos amis de <a href=\"http:\/\/localplanetmedia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Local Planet<\/a> ont construit un cadre bas\u00e9 sur leurs exp\u00e9riences en Chine au cours des derni\u00e8res semaines. En tant qu&#8217;\u00e9picentre de l&#8217;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 r\u00e9cemment, ce cadre permet de tirer de pr\u00e9cieuses le\u00e7ons de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience chinoise et d\u2019anticiper ce \u00e0 quoi nous pouvons nous attendre dans les semaines et les mois \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, ils d\u00e9composent les phases de pr\u00e9-\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, \u00e9pid\u00e9mie, confinement et reprise du march\u00e9. Nous avons actuellement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le stade de la pr\u00e9-\u00e9pid\u00e9mie et devons-nous concentrer sur les trois prochaines phases.<\/p>\n<p>Pour adapter la communication et l\u2019activit\u00e9 lors des deux premi\u00e8res phases, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bain.com\/insights\/three-elements-of-value-for-consumers-take-precedence-snap-chart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bain &amp; Company a produit la pyramide suivante<\/a> afin de mettre en \u00e9vidence les \u00e9l\u00e9ments que les consommateurs recherchent actuellement :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49165\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/three-elements-of-value-for-consumers-take-precedence-during-a-pandemic-snapchart.jpg\" alt=\"Trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments de valeur\u00ae prioris\u00e9s par les consommateurs pendant une pand\u00e9mie \" width=\"1441\" height=\"810\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dans cette \u00e9tude, Bain a identifi\u00e9 que les marques doivent se concentrer sur la communication qui <strong><em>r\u00e9duit les risques<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>r\u00e9duit l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/em><\/strong>, et renforce le <strong><em>sentiment d\u2019appartenance<\/em><\/strong>. \u00c0 quoi cela correspond-il ? Encore une fois, retournons en Chine avec nos amis de Local Planet et soulignons un exemple :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49174\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/uniqlo.jpg\" alt=\"Uniqlo's advisory poster for COVID-19\" width=\"633\" height=\"314\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dans cet exemple, Uniqlo a utilis\u00e9 des messages bienveillants, partag\u00e9 des conseils pour lutter contre le virus et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les mesures d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne mises en \u0153uvre proactivement dans leurs magasins.<\/p>\n<p>Puisque que nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans cette phase en dehors de Chine, il convient de noter que certaines marques ont envoy\u00e9 proactivement des messages dans ce sens. Au Canada, la marque Mr. Lube a adopt\u00e9 une approche similaire avec du contenu pour leurs magasins :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49212\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/mr-lube-google-post.jpg\" alt=\"Google Post by Mr. Lube\" width=\"652\" height=\"624\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Loblaws a r\u00e9serv\u00e9 des plages horaires sp\u00e9cifiques dans ses magasins pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et\/ou \u00e0 risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 afin qu\u2019elles puissent y venir faire leurs courses. La marque a communiqu\u00e9 sur cette organisation :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49178\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/loblaws.jpg\" alt=\"Loblaws faisant la promotion d'heures sp\u00e9ciales pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es afin qu\u2019elles puissent venir faire leurs courses pendant le Covid-19\" width=\"590\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Une communication mettant l\u2019accent sur les principes \u00e9nonc\u00e9s par Bain est essentielle dans cette phase, en particulier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments fonctionnels et \u00e9motionnels.<\/p>\n<h2>Adaptez-vous afin de r\u00e9pondre aux nouveaux comportements<\/h2>\n<p>Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que nous entrons dans la phase de confinement, l&#8217;accent est mis sur la gestion d&#8217;une nouvelle situation qui comprend des confinements et une distanciation sociale. <strong> <em> Anticipant un prolongement du confinement, les implications vont au-del\u00e0 de la simple communication, elles se retrouvent dans l\u2019organisation de l&#8217;entreprise dans son ensemble<\/em> <\/strong>. Les entreprises doivent ainsi consid\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9tendue de leurs services, leurs sources de revenus, ce qu&#8217;elles repr\u00e9sentent pour leurs clients et comment s&#8217;adapter v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 cette nouvelle situation.<\/p>\n<p>Si cela vous semble familier, c&#8217;est parce que ce sont les principes qui ont motiv\u00e9 la transformation digitale ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La diff\u00e9rence n\u00e9anmoins se situe dans le fait que ce changement est contraint par des facteurs enti\u00e8rement externes, et dans des d\u00e9lais consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n<p>Mon coll\u00e8gue Koen Smeets a identifi\u00e9 les <a href=\"\/fr\/blog\/5-lecons-des-entreprises-europeennes-liees-a-la-pandemie-covid-19\/\">le\u00e7ons cl\u00e9s des entreprises espagnoles<\/a>, un pays durement touch\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie. Parmi ces le\u00e7ons, le <strong><em>besoin de s\u2019adapter aux nouveaux comportements<\/em><\/strong>. \u00c0 quoi cela correspond-il concr\u00e8tement ? Par exemple, les restaurants peuvent communiquer sur leur service de livraison, qui est actuellement le seul moyen pour ces entreprises de maintenir une activit\u00e9 commerciale dans de nombreux pays. Il convient de noter que le secteur de la restauration \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fortement concurrenc\u00e9 par les services de livraisons, cette crise acc\u00e9l\u00e8re cette tendance.<\/p>\n<p>Autre exemple dans un secteur fortement perturb\u00e9 : David Lloyd Clubs, un r\u00e9seau de centres de fitness haut de gamme au Royaume-Uni. Puisqu\u2019ils ne sont actuellement pas en mesure d&#8217;accepter des visites, ils se sont adapt\u00e9s en produisant et en partageant du contenu en ligne de remise en forme \u00e0 destination de leurs clients confin\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-49184\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dacgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/david-lloyd-clubs.jpg\" alt=\"Publication Facebook faisant la promotion des s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement \u00e0 domicile des clubs David Lloyd\" width=\"652\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;engagement de la marque aupr\u00e8s de ses clients va au-del\u00e0 des contenus produits et doit prendre en compte la livraison de produits et services. Kumon, un r\u00e9seau \u00e9ducatif mondial, qui d\u00e9pendait auparavant enti\u00e8rement sur les visites dans ses centres, a maintenant pivot\u00e9 pour fournir dans certaines r\u00e9gions des formations \u00e0 domicile via la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>En Chine, la r\u00e9gion de Wuhan a pu rebondir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;activation des capacit\u00e9s de livraison et de commerce \u00e9lectronique. Dans un article de la revue <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2020\/03\/delivery-technology-is-keeping-chinese-cities-afloat-through-coronavirus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harvard Business Review<\/a>, Changyi Lin, professeur en strat\u00e9gie \u00e0 l&#8217;INSEAD, a indiqu\u00e9 que la convergence de deux facteurs cl\u00e9s a permis cela : <strong><em>Des syst\u00e8mes de livraison digitalis\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong> et <strong><em>une maturit\u00e9 digitale des consommateurs<\/em><\/strong>. L&#8217;omnipr\u00e9sence de plateformes comme Alibaba, appuy\u00e9e par des r\u00e9seaux de distribution hautement sophistiqu\u00e9s et digitalis\u00e9s, a permis la livraison de marchandises \u00e0 domicile dans les 20 minutes suivant une commande.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9n\u00e9tration du commerce \u00e9lectronique en Chine a atteint 36% gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette infrastructure, mais Changyi Lin fait valoir que ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ne sont pas aussi avanc\u00e9s dans les pays occidentaux et pourraient cr\u00e9er des obstacles, en termes de r\u00e9alisation, d&#8217;adoption et dans la reprise. Ceci comprend la prestation de services et de biens ainsi que les contenus et les moyens de communication. Ceci n\u00e9cessite une analyse approfondie des audiences dans un contexte local afin d\u2019adapter les communications apportant de la valeur aux consommateurs en cette p\u00e9riode perturb\u00e9e. Les actions entreprises doivent \u00e9galement aider, au milieu d&#8217;une crise, les clients dans leur qu\u00eate d&#8217;un retour \u00e0 la normale. Elles s&#8217;\u00e9tendent par exemple \u00e0 l&#8217;activation de modules e-commerce pour les marques qui ne l&#8217;ont pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait, soit par l&#8217;extension de solutions marketing cloud existantes, soit par l&#8217;adoption de plateformes tierces rapidement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es telles que Shopify.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019engager vers une digitalisation rapide est important. L&#8217;une des principales raisons pour lesquelles la transformation digitale n&#8217;est pas mise en \u0153uvre aussi rapidement qu&#8217;elle devrait l&#8217;\u00eatre dans de nombreuses organisations est que pour v\u00e9ritablement se transformer, les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles doivent souvent \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9es, ce qui r\u00e9sulte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur un premier impact n\u00e9gatif en termes de performances. Cette transformation est frein\u00e9e par des cultures d&#8217;entreprises trop souvent focalis\u00e9es sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&#8217;hui, nous nous trouvons dans une situation o\u00f9 les mesures de performance &#8220;traditionnelles&#8221; sont obsol\u00e8tes, de sorte que les freins \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable changement disparaissent. Les marques qui saisissent l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 de s&#8217;engager de mani\u00e8re significative avec leurs clients, \u00e0 travers chaque canal digital mis \u00e0 leur disposition ; gr\u00e2ce aux m\u00e9dias Paid, Owned et Earned ; gr\u00e2ce aux communications digitales locales, seront non seulement bien positionn\u00e9es lorsque la reprise arrivera, mais comme elles auront saisi cette opportunit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux fondamentaux digitaux, elles auront construit un avantage concurrentiel consid\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Il est n\u00e9cessaire de reconna\u00eetre que la digitalisation rapide n\u00e9cessite une expertise et d\u2019importantes capacit\u00e9s d&#8217;ex\u00e9cution. Pour cette raison, il est essentiel de conserver les \u00e9quipes internes et les partenaires externes, en les red\u00e9ployant vers cet objectif. La reprise sera rapide, et le fait de ne pas avoir d&#8217;\u00e9quipes en place pour en profiter ne fera que ralentir la capacit\u00e9 des marques \u00e0 rebondir et \u00e0 rattraper le temps perdu.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la reprise arrivera &#8211; et elle arrivera &#8211; le nouveau normal sera diff\u00e9rent. Il sera davantage digital.
