Ainsi, abandonner une approche flexible et imposer \u00e0 la place du pr\u00e9sentiel obligatoire pourrait bien frustrer les employ\u00e9s. Camille l&#8217;a vu de ses propres yeux :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nous avions une agence, une agence tr\u00e8s importante dans notre secteur qui a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 un sch\u00e9ma hybride. Et nos t\u00e9l\u00e9phones n&#8217;arr\u00eataient pas de sonner dans les 15 minutes suivant l&#8217;envoi de cet e-mail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les employeurs doivent \u00eatre intentionnels quant \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re et au moment o\u00f9 le travail en physique est n\u00e9cessaire. Le temps pass\u00e9 au bureau doit avoir un objectif distinct, sinon cela ressemble \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quivalent du travail \u00e0 domicile mais sur site, la seule diff\u00e9rence \u00e9tant le contr\u00f4le et la surveillance de l&#8217;employeur.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Les leaders donnent-ils le bon ton ?<\/h2>\n<p>La culture peut faire ou d\u00e9faire une organisation, et le ton est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement donn\u00e9 au niveau de la direction. Comme le dit Camille, les gens ne quittent pas les entreprises, ils quittent les dirigeants. Si la Grande D\u00e9mission nous d\u00e9montre quelque chose, c&#8217;est qu\u2019elle est un appel \u00e0 remettre en question le statu quo suppos\u00e9 des structures de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines entreprises avant-gardistes r\u00e9agissent en cr\u00e9ant de nouveaux postes comme les Chief Collaboration Officer, dont le but est de se concentrer presque exclusivement sur les agendas, mettre \u00e0 jour les processus internes et de d\u00e9terminer comment tirer le meilleur parti des services, des \u00e9quipes et des employ\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, les talents seniors des agences venant principalement de r\u00f4les strat\u00e9giques doivent se r\u00e9organiser afin de faire face \u00e0 des responsabilit\u00e9s techniques, tactiques et ax\u00e9es sur les ventes lorsqu&#8217;ils font le saut vers des r\u00f4les \u00e9quivalents c\u00f4t\u00e9 client. Tout, des campagnes Twitter comme #shareyoursalary aux employ\u00e9s devenus viraux sur TikTok pour avoir r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 leurs salaires, a incit\u00e9 les d\u00e9fenseurs \u00e0 faire pression pour la transparence comme une \u00e9tape essentielle vers l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"fr\">Ah !
