Le mois de d\u00e9cembre a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 une nouvelle ann\u00e9e riche en \u00e9v\u00e9nements dans le domaine de la recherche locale, et il n&#8217;y a pas eu de mises \u00e0 jour ou de publications majeures au cours de cette p\u00e9riode de f\u00eates importante dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions du monde. Apr\u00e8s tout, pour les achats des F\u00eates, il faut s&#8217;en tenir \u00e0 ce qui a fait ses preuves, afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter tout d\u00e9sastre pendant ce trimestre cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les \u00e9quipes techniques de Google et des autres moteurs de recherche ont pri\u00e9 pour qu&#8217;aucun serveur ne tombe en panne pendant leurs vacances, d&#8217;autres acteurs du secteur de la recherche locale se sont manifest\u00e9s pour fournir des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me en ligne, temporairement stable, notamment de nouvelles informations cruciales sur les avis en ligne et la gestion de la r\u00e9putation, les deux sujets br\u00fblants de 2022 (et tr\u00e8s probablement de 2023 \u00e9galement). Jetons un coup d&#8217;\u0153il.<\/p>\n<h2> Les avis avec photos sont mieux class\u00e9s (et sont visibles plus longtemps)<\/h2>\n<p>Nous savions d\u00e9j\u00e0 que les avis comportant des photos b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#8217;un traitement de faveur sur Google, mais ce n&#8217;est qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui que nous en mesurons l&#8217;ampleur. Des facteurs tels que la longueur de l&#8217;avis, sa nouveaut\u00e9 et les mots-cl\u00e9s sont tous pris en compte pour classer les avis les plus pertinents pour l&#8217;utilisateur, mais il semble que les photos aient une valeur d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e pour cet algorithme.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la mesure du possible, Google n&#8217;utilise que des avis avec photos pour alimenter le top 10 des commentaires pour toute entreprise locale. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un <a href=\"\/fr\/blog\/focus-les-facteurs-complexes-de-qualite-dans-le-referencement\/\">facteur de classement<\/a> tellement important que les nouveaux avis sont repouss\u00e9s par les anciens avis si une image est ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 ces derniers de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9troactive. Ainsi, les propri\u00e9taires d&#8217;entreprises pourraient m\u00eame faire baisser les nouveaux avis n\u00e9gatifs en encourageant les anciens clients \u00e0 ajouter des images \u00e0 leurs anciens avis positifs.<\/p>\n<p>Google accorde une grande importance aux photos, tant dans le profil de l&#8217;entreprise que dans les commentaires. Il s&#8217;agit certainement d&#8217;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment que tout propri\u00e9taire d&#8217;entreprise doit prendre en consid\u00e9ration lorsqu&#8217;il tente d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer the <a href=\"\/fr\/services\/gestion-de-la-presence-locale\/gestion-des-fiches\/\">la visibilit\u00e9 et les performances de ses annonces locales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Les commentaires plus longs et ceux avec des likes restent en haut des fiches locales plus longtemps<\/h2>\n<p>Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, les &#8220;upvotes&#8221; sont les &#8220;pouces en l&#8217;air&#8221; ou les &#8220;likes&#8221; laiss\u00e9s sur les \u00e9valuations en ligne. Pour Google, ces upvotes constituent un crit\u00e8re qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement le classement. Les avis comportant au moins deux upvotes restent en moyenne dans le top 10 100 jours de plus que les avis comportant z\u00e9ro ou un upvote. Il n&#8217;y a aucune distinction entre les upvotes attribu\u00e9es par les utilisateurs de Google ou par le propri\u00e9taire de l&#8217;entreprise lui-m\u00eame. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent lire, en moyenne, cinq avis sur une entreprise pour \u00e9clairer leurs d\u00e9cisions d&#8217;achat, et 77 % d&#8217;entre elles disent lire plus d&#8217;avis en ligne qu&#8217;auparavant.
