Comme toujours, il est important de comprendre le pass\u00e9 afin d&#8217;anticiper l&#8217;avenir. Il est ainsi primordial d&#8217;appr\u00e9hender la mani\u00e8re dont les g\u00e9ants tels que Google, Facebook et Apple mod\u00e8leront et feront \u00e9voluer les usages de la recherche locale. Les marques qui souhaitent gagner en visibilit\u00e9 et en parts de march\u00e9 sur le digital devront s&#8217;adapter \u00e0 ces \u00e9volutions tout en continuant \u00e0 innover.<\/p>\n<p>Voici donc nos cinq principales pr\u00e9dictions relatives \u00e0 la <a href=\"\/fr\/services\/gestion-de-la-presence-locale\/\"> gestion de la pr\u00e9sence locale <\/a> (LPM) en 2019.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>Apple Plans gagnera en parts de march\u00e9 face \u00e0 Google Maps<\/h2>\n<p>Apple a travaill\u00e9 d&#8217;arrache-pied afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer son r\u00e9seau de cartes en incorporant notamment des images satellite d\u00e9taill\u00e9es et en ajoutant une grande quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;informations sur les entreprises locales. B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&#8217;une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et de son statut de carte par d\u00e9faut sur les iPhones, nous pouvons tr\u00e8s facilement anticiper un nombre croissant d\u2019internautes passant sur Apple Plans.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les marques ayant des points de vente physiques devront s&#8217;assurer que leurs informations pratiques soient correctement r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es sur l\u2019ensemble des cartes en ligne. En effet, Google Maps ne suffit plus, \u00e0 lui seul, \u00e0 saisir toutes les opportunit\u00e9s de capter les internautes cherchant \u00e0 se rendre en magasin.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>La recherche vocale r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 davantage de besoins<\/h2>\n<p>Les assistants vocaux tels qu&#8217;Alexa, Siri, Cortana ou encore Google semblent s&#8217;am\u00e9liorer chaque jour &#8211; et les utilisateurs commencent \u00e0 en attendre davantage. \u00c0 l&#8217;heure actuelle, les gens utilisent des assistants vocaux pour &#8220;Allumer la lumi\u00e8re&#8221; ou encore &#8220;\u00c9couter Justin Bieber sur Spotify&#8221;, mais en 2019, ces m\u00eames utilisateurs en demanderont encore plus. Assurez-vous de cr\u00e9er une <a href=\"\/discover\/events\/etail-nordic-the-future-of-voice-search\/\">strat\u00e9gie de recherche vocale pr\u00eate pour l&#8217;avenir<\/a>, ax\u00e9e sur vos comp\u00e9tences, vos b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, sur les donn\u00e9es structur\u00e9es, les partenaires int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et la gestion de la r\u00e9putation.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Google Duplex optimisera la mise \u00e0 jour en ligne des informations pratiques<\/h2>\n<p>Google My Business (GMB) demande d\u00e9j\u00e0 aux entreprises si elles souhaitent accepter les appels d&#8217;une Intelligence Artificielle (IA) pr\u00e9nomm\u00e9e Google Assistant. Nous pensons qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper <a href=\"https:\/\/ai.googleblog.com\/2018\/05\/duplex-ai-system-for-natural-conversation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Duplex<\/a>, l\u2019IA d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Google qui pourra appeler les entreprises et responsables de magasins afin de v\u00e9rifier les informations telles que les heures d\u2019ouvertures pendant les vacances, les prix des diff\u00e9rents menus ou encore les services propos\u00e9s. Ceci limitera le besoin de Google de se reposer sur les directeurs de magasins qui doivent actuellement se connecter \u00e0 GMB ou utiliser son API pour transmettre leurs informations pratiques et commerciales.<\/p>\n<p>En d&#8217;autres termes, Google r\u00e9coltera de mani\u00e8re active les informations pratiques au lieu d&#8217;attendre qu\u2019elles lui soient communiqu\u00e9es par des guides locaux ou par les entreprises elles-m\u00eames. Google d\u00e9pendra ainsi moins des donn\u00e9es provenant de tiers d\u00e8s qu\u2019il commencera \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es locales, ce qui r\u00e9sultera sur une r\u00e9duction consid\u00e9rable de l\u2019importance des mentions.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Google permettra aux marques de publier simultan\u00e9ment des Posts pour plusieurs points de vente, mais sur un mode payant<\/h2>\n<p>Google a toujours eu pour objectif de gagner de l&#8217;argent et ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la recherche locale a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019objet de plusieurs initiatives de mon\u00e9tisation de la part de Google. \u00c0 l&#8217;heure actuelle, les marques peuvent payer pour appara\u00eetre en priorit\u00e9 via le Knowledge Panel, sur Google maps ou encore dans le pack local.<\/p>\n<p>Cela ne nous surprendrait pas de voir Google permettre la publication payante de Google Posts pour les entreprises de plus de 10 \u00e9tablissements. Tout comme la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acheter des annonces sur Google, vous devrez ainsi payer afin de publier en simultan\u00e9 les actualit\u00e9s de plusieurs de vos magasins.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, les publications Google sont actuellement gratuites, mais nous ne pensons pas qu&#8217;il soit exag\u00e9r\u00e9 de penser que Google les mon\u00e9tisera et cherchera \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des revenus directement \u00e0 partir des Knowledge Panels. En effet, Google refuse aux professionnels de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie un certain nombre d\u2019outils qu\u2019ils fournissent habituellement \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des autres cat\u00e9gories d\u2019entreprise. Par exemple, les marques du secteur de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie ne peuvent ni utiliser les Google Posts, ni cr\u00e9er de lien vers une URL de prise de rendez-vous \/ r\u00e9servation dans leur Knowledge Panel.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ce n&#8217;est pas tout. Les acteurs du secteur de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie peuvent accro\u00eetre leur visibilit\u00e9 en communiquant les chambres disponibles ainsi que leurs tarifs non pas en ench\u00e9rissant classiquement sur des mots cl\u00e9s mais en le faisant via la plateforme \u00ab Google Hotel Ads \u00bb qui permet d\u2019afficher les informations directement dans leur Knowledge Panel. Ainsi, les h\u00f4tels doivent ench\u00e9rir pour enrichir leur propre Knowledge Panel !<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce que Google d\u00e9ploie ce syst\u00e8me \u00e0 d\u2019autres secteurs. Nous ne serions pas surpris de voir les secteurs de l&#8217;assurance, de l\u2019automobile ou encore de la maison &amp; du jardin passer \u00e0 ce syst\u00e8me payant. Les marques de ces secteurs devront ainsi trouver un moyen permettant aux internautes de naviguer entre Google et leur site Internet sans que cela ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re de co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Continuez \u00e0 faire ce que vous faites le mieux<\/h2>\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute que 2019 sera une nouvelle ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s importante pour la recherche locale. Google a en effet d\u00e9j\u00e0 indiqu\u00e9 que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seroundtable.com\/google-46-of-searches-have-local-intent-26529.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">46% des recherches effectu\u00e9es sur son moteur \u00e9taient locales<\/a>, ce qui accro\u00eet l\u2019importance du local en tant que source de d\u00e9veloppement pour les marques. Les entreprises qui donnent la priorit\u00e9 au service client et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation &#8211; et qui savent comment transformer les recherches sur Internet \u2013 conna\u00eetront le succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons tous \u00e9voluer et nous adapter aux environnements et outils que Google, Facebook, Apple ou encore Amazon ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour nous, ce qui peut \u00eatre chronophage et d\u00e9stabilisateur pour votre activit\u00e9, mais il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de conserver une longueur d\u2019avance sur le digital tout en se concentrant sur le c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier de votre entreprise.
