Voici ses id\u00e9es les plus concr\u00e8tes.  <\/p>\n<p>Les marketeurs plaisantent depuis longtemps en affirmant que B2B signifie r\u00e9ellement \u00ab\u202fBoring to Boring\u202f\u00bb. Mais ce gag sonne-t-il toujours vrai en 2021\u202f? Les relations interprofessionnelles ne sont-elles pas, elles aussi, en permanente \u00e9volution\u202f? Le B2B est-il <em>vraiment<\/em> moins int\u00e9ressant que son \u00e9quivalent grand public\u202f? Et bien il n\u2019y a personne de mieux plac\u00e9 que Bj\u00f6rn pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions.  <\/p>\n<p>Bj\u00f6rn est responsable du marketing digital chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.t-systems.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">T-systems international<\/a>, division B2B de Deutsche Telekom et marque s\u0153ur de T-mobile. Avec 28\u202f000 employ\u00e9s et d\u2019innombrables clients \u00e0 travers l\u2019Europe, l\u2019Asie et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du nord, T-systems est un v\u00e9ritable poids lourd B2B. Bj\u00f6rn est donc tr\u00e8s bien plac\u00e9 : pour dissiper les mythes, r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s et partager son point de vue unique sur le cousin le moins glamour du B2C\u202f: Le B2B. <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>Le B2B est la forme de marketing la plus difficile<\/h2>\n<p>Ayant fait ses preuves dans des r\u00f4les marketing orient\u00e9s aussi bien vers les consommateurs que les entreprises, Bjorn pense que le B2B est plus difficile en raison du fait qu\u2019il a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des cycles de d\u00e9cision beaucoup plus long, des fluxs de d\u00e9veloppement plus complexe et beaucoup plus de personnes \u00e0 convaincre pour clore une seule vente.   <\/p>\n<p>Prenons l\u2019exemple B2C typique d\u2019une r\u00e9servation de chambre d&#8217;h\u00f4tel ou de l&#8217;achat de chaussures de running. La transaction elle-m\u00eame est simple, et les opportunit\u00e9s de ventes crois\u00e9es suivent naturellement\u202f: &#8220;Vous achetez des baskets ? Ce gilet de course pourrait vous int\u00e9resser !&#8221;. En revanche, un investissement technologique de plusieurs millions de dollars ne d\u00e9coule pas aussi facilement sur des ventes additionnelles (&#8220;Vous avez achet\u00e9 du cloud computing chez nous, pourquoi ne pas prendre un syst\u00e8me IoT \u00e9galement\u202f?)  <\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, vendre aux technologues s&#8217;accompagne de son propre lot de d\u00e9fis. Ils sont soumis \u00e0 d&#8217;innombrables cold mailing, dans un environnement bruyant avec des sollicitation r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es et insistantes, souvent peu pertinentes. Le timing est \u00e9galement crucial : id\u00e9alement, une organisation devrait arriver \u00e0 la fin d&#8217;un contrat existant et ressentir le besoin d&#8217;un service ou d&#8217;un produit sp\u00e9cifique. Ajoutez \u00e0 cela les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles des personnes prenant ces d\u00e9cisions et vous obtenez un m\u00e9lange grisant d&#8217;opportunit\u00e9s, de risques et de hasards. En d&#8217;autres termes\u202f: le B2B n&#8217;est pas facile.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Quel est le plus grand d\u00e9fi du B2B\u202f?<\/h2>\n<p>Oui, le B2B a traditionnellement \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une discipline \u00e0 faible croissance, en retard sur le B2C \u00e0 divers \u00e9gards. Si vous faites confiance \u00e0 Amazon pour un achat personnel de 10\u20ac, une exp\u00e9rience positive pourrait vous inciter \u00e0 envisager Amazon \u00e0 des fins professionnelles. En revanche, une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience pourrait tout simplement vous persuader de chercher ailleurs lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agira de conclure une affaire B2B de 10 millions d\u2019euros, d\u00e9cisive pour votre carri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>CRM en B2B<\/h2>\n<p>Sachant que les transactions B2B s&#8217;accompagnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de longs cycles de d\u00e9cision et d&#8217;un nombre d\u00e9mesur\u00e9 de parties prenantes, comment analyser vos donn\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er des profils clients pr\u00e9cis\u202f? Comment valoriser l&#8217;impact de vos efforts marketing \u00e0 l\u2019avenir ? <\/p>\n<p>Sans surprise, la gestion de la relation client (CRM) est une b\u00eate diff\u00e9rente dans le monde des ventes aux entreprises. En B2C, vous pouvez suivre efficacement les clients depuis un premier clic ou une premi\u00e8re visite, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;achat, puis les recibler si n\u00e9cessaire.
