Nous avons \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que certains consommateurs ont <em>cess\u00e9<\/em> d\u2019interagir avec les entreprises en raison d\u2019une utilisation non \u00e9thique d\u2019informations personnelles (nous savons tous de quelle entreprise il s\u2019agit mais si vous ne le savez pas, renseignez-vous sur le scandale Cambridge Analytica).<\/p>\n<p>En raison du rythme auquel notre secteur \u00e9volue et afin d\u2019anticiper les comportements des consommateurs, nous souhaitons aborder quelques tendances cl\u00e9s pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. Voici donc, selon nous, les trois plus importantes \u00e9volutions dans le digital en 2019.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>La constante augmentation du march\u00e9 programmatique<\/h2>\n<p>Oui, ceci se r\u00e9p\u00e8te chaque ann\u00e9e et oui, ceci continue d\u2019augmenter. Mais \u00e0 quel rythme ? eMarketer pr\u00e9voit que <a href=\"https:\/\/content-na2.emarketer.com\/us-programmatic-ad-spending-forecast-2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">86,22% des publicit\u00e9s digitales seront automatis\u00e9es d\u2019ici 2020<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019achat en programmatique, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, via un outil ou plateforme permettant d\u2019acheter des espaces publicitaires principalement par le biais d\u2019ench\u00e8res, connait une forte hausse du fait de l\u2019\u00e9volution dans la consommation de m\u00e9dias. Dans un monde o\u00f9 tout est \u00e0 port\u00e9e de clic, les responsables digitaux doivent ainsi trouver des moyens encore plus efficaces pour capter l\u2019attention toujours plus volatile des consommateurs. Ils doivent \u00eatre efficaces tout en personnalisant leurs messages.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un volume de donn\u00e9es disponibles toujours plus important, les achats en programmatique nous permettent non seulement de consolider les donn\u00e9es provenant de diff\u00e9rentes sources mais \u00e9galement, de comprendre le parcours du consommateur au travers des multiples appareils qu\u2019il utilise, ce qui contribue \u00e0 mettre en place des <a href=\"\/fr\/services\/perspectives-strategiques\/\">strat\u00e9gies marketing<\/a>. Les responsables digitaux doivent utiliser ces informations et ces donn\u00e9es afin de personnaliser le contenu en fonction du consommateur et ainsi minimiser les investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur des m\u00e9dias inefficaces aupr\u00e8s d\u2019audiences non-int\u00e9ress\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Comme les achats programmatiques sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ench\u00e8res automatis\u00e9es, nous sommes maintenant en mesure d\u2019automatiser efficacement le processus, d\u2019effectuer des A\/B testing, de modifier dynamiquement les messages afin de les faire correspondre aux comportements des consommateurs en quelques millisecondes seulement. Cette technique d\u2019achat est donc d\u2019une efficacit\u00e9 impressionnante.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Une nouvelle \u00e8re s\u2019ouvre pour la publicit\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un levier encore compliqu\u00e9 pour les annonceurs en raison de son manque de personnalisation ou d\u2019une dimension encore restreinte, la publicit\u00e9 digitale t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e devrait se d\u00e9velopper dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es et ainsi refl\u00e9ter la popularit\u00e9 croissante des services de streaming et de consommation de vid\u00e9os longue dur\u00e9e sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. En effet, l\u2019Interactive Advertising Bureau a constat\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iab.com\/wpe-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Live-Video-Streaming-Infographic.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">44% des consommateurs de streaming vid\u00e9o dans le monde ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 moins regarder la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mais la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision n\u2019en est pas pour autant finie, elle ne sera pas remplac\u00e9e ! En effet, aujourd\u2019hui, les t\u00e9l\u00e9visions connect\u00e9es permettent plus facilement aux t\u00e9l\u00e9spectateurs de regarder \u00e0 la fois des programmes en direct et des programmes \u00e0 la demande. Netflix ainsi que d\u2019autres services de streaming continuent de d\u00e9velopper leur base d\u2019abonn\u00e9s alors que d\u2019autres abandonnent les forfaits t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9s habituels. Les g\u00e9ants des m\u00e9dias sociaux investissement \u00e9galement ce secteur en offrant des contenus proches de ceux propos\u00e9s par la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision tels que Instagram Live ou encore Facebook Watch\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les responsables marketing doivent donc prendre conscience que leurs publics contr\u00f4lent plus que jamais le choix du type de contenu qu\u2019ils d\u00e9cident de regarder sur une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 croissante de plateformes et d\u2019appareils. Oui, de plus en plus de consommateurs se tournent vers les services de streaming, consomment plus de contenu en ligne et optent pour des forfaits. Mais ceci d\u00e9montre que les publicit\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre plus pertinentes pour attirer l\u2019attention des consommateurs. Mais le plus important : la technologie de reconnaissance qui lui permet de proposer des r\u00e9sultats s\u2019est \u00e9galement nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Puisque la recherche visuelle est plus efficace lors de questions difficiles \u00e0 exprimer par du texte (comme \u00ab O\u00f9 pourrais-je acheter cette veste ? \u00bb), les responsables marketing devraient en tenir compte lorsqu\u2019ils souhaitent ajouter des contenus riches \u00e0 leurs <a href=\"\/fr\/services\/strategie-de-contenu\/\">strat\u00e9gies de contenu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Un nombre croissant de plateformes, notamment Pinterest, Google, eBay et Amazon, commencent \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter la recherche visuelle. <a href=\"https:\/\/content-na2.emarketer.com\/visual-search-2018#Marketing_Applications_for_Visual_Search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pinterest a ainsi indiqu\u00e9 avoir comptabilis\u00e9 600 millions de recherches visuelles rien qu\u2019au mois de f\u00e9vrier 2018<\/a>, contre (seulement) 250 millions l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, la recherche visuelle continue d\u2019\u00e9voluer. Mais comme elle remplit une fonction distincte, elle devrait \u00eatre davantage consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par les responsables digitaux, en particulier dans le retail o\u00f9 un outil de recherche visuel pourrait devenir un facteur de diff\u00e9renciation important \u00e0 mesure que la recherche visuelle gagne en popularit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Prenez de l\u2019avance<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe d\u2019autres tendances qui fa\u00e7onnent le futur du digital : l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle (IA), la recherche vocale ou encore la personnalisation, mais nous pensons que le programmatique, la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et la recherche visuelle seront les principales \u00e9volutions \u00e0 prendre en compte en 2019 par les responsables marketing qui souhaitent prendre ou garder une longueur d\u2019avance sur leurs concurrents en adaptant leurs strat\u00e9gies on et offline aux \u00e9volutions des comportements des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine changera la donne.
