Lors de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements, nous n&#8217;avons pas seulement partag\u00e9 nos id\u00e9es : nous avons nou\u00e9 des contacts avec des centaines de sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing, ce qui nous a permis de mieux comprendre les besoins et les objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques de diverses marques.<\/p>\n<p>Le fil conducteur de ces discussions est que le marketing ax\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es et ax\u00e9 sur le client est un objectif r\u00e9alisable qui s&#8217;accompagne \u00e9galement de ses propres d\u00e9fis. Voici comment surmonter ces obstacles pour que le client soit vraiment le premier \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>Les \u00e9quipes de marketing continuent \u00e0 travailler en silos<\/h2>\n<p>Les sondages d&#8217;opinion que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ont pos\u00e9 la question simple : &#8220;Vos strat\u00e9gies de marketing et de marque sont-elles cloisonn\u00e9es ? Mais voyez les choses autrement : les entreprises multi-sites ignorent les facteurs locaux uniques, m\u00eame si les comportements et les int\u00e9r\u00eats des clients varient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&#8217;une ville, d&#8217;une r\u00e9gion et d&#8217;un pays \u00e0 l&#8217;autre. Les marques qui cr\u00e9ent involontairement ces sc\u00e9narios doivent se poser la question :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment chaque magasin respecte-t-il la promesse de la marque ?<\/li>\n<li>Est-ce que nous prenons en consid\u00e9ration les facteurs locaux ?<\/li>\n<li>Qu&#8217;est-ce que nos clients retirent r\u00e9ellement de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience en magasin ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>R\u00e9ticence \u00e0 engager des partenaires avertis en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fis ci-dessus sont souvent aggrav\u00e9s par le fait que les entreprises peuvent \u00eatre lentes \u00e0 se rendre compte de la valeur de leurs donn\u00e9es. Pourquoi ? Parce qu&#8217;elles n&#8217;ont pas encore engag\u00e9 le bon <a href=\"\/fr-ca\/services\/centre-danalyse\/\">data analytics partner<\/a>, arguably as a side-effect of various well-publicized data breach scandals.
