Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif, les employ\u00e9s sont davantage en mesure de contr\u00f4ler la mani\u00e8re dont leurs vies personnelle et professionnelle sont li\u00e9es. Dans certains domaines, comme <a href=\" \/fr-ca\/services\/achats-medias\/\">les m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques<\/a>, la productivit\u00e9 est ainsi mont\u00e9e en fl\u00e8che. D&#8217;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, l&#8217;\u00e9puisement professionnel est devenu un probl\u00e8me majeur. Le fait de passer huit heures par jour sur Zoom, sans activit\u00e9s sociales naturelles, ou m\u00eame le sentiment de ne pas avoir le temps de souffler, a des cons\u00e9quences sur le moral.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, la solution pour un \u00ab retour \u00e0 la normale \u00bb est-elle de mettre en place un mod\u00e8le de travail hybride ? Pas n\u00e9cessairement. Les grandes entreprises, en particulier, sont compos\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9quipes diverses qui ne s&#8217;aligneront jamais compl\u00e8tement sur des arrangements hybrides, \u00e0 distance ou en personne. En cons\u00e9quence, abandonner une approche flexible et imposer des exigences de pr\u00e9sence en personne pourrait bien m\u00e9contenter les employ\u00e9s. Camille l&#8217;a vu de ses propres yeux :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nous avions une agence, une agence tr\u00e8s importante dans notre secteur qui a d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 un sch\u00e9ma hybride. Et nos t\u00e9l\u00e9phones n&#8217;arr\u00eataient pas de sonner dans les 15 minutes suivant l&#8217;envoi de ce courriel.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les employeurs doivent \u00eatre conscients de la mani\u00e8re et du moment o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roule le travail en personne. Le temps pass\u00e9 au bureau devra avoir un but pr\u00e9cis (par exemple, s\u00e9ances de remue-m\u00e9ninges), sans quoi le travail sur place sera l&#8217;\u00e9quivalent de celui \u00e0 domicile, la seule diff\u00e9rence \u00e9tant le contr\u00f4le et la surveillance de l&#8217;employeur.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Les dirigeants donnent-ils le bon ton ?<\/h2>\n<p>La culture peut faire ou d\u00e9faire une organisation, et le ton est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement donn\u00e9 au niveau de la direction. Comme le dit Camille, les gens ne quittent pas les entreprises, ils quittent les dirigeants. Si la Grande D\u00e9mission est une chose, c&#8217;est un appel \u00e0 remettre en question le statu quo pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 des structures de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines organisations avant-gardistes r\u00e9agissent en cr\u00e9ant de nouvelles fonctions au niveau de la direction, comme celle de directeur de la collaboration (Chief Collaboration Officer), dont l&#8217;objectif est de se concentrer presque exclusivement sur les programmes de travail, de mettre \u00e0 jour les processus internes et de d\u00e9terminer comment optimiser les d\u00e9partements, les \u00e9quipes et les individus. Pour que la direction et la culture d&#8217;entreprise \u00e9voluent dans la bonne direction, Camille sugg\u00e8re ce qui suit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  Soyez humain. On attend  des leaders qu&#8217;ils fassent preuve d&#8217;empathie et m\u00eame de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>  Aidez les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 progresser gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations continues. <\/li>\n<li>  Apportez de nouvelles perspectives, allant des conf\u00e9renciers importants aux accompagnateurs professionnels, pour inspirer et d\u00e9velopper les talents.<\/li>\n<li>\u2b50\ufe0f Expliquez comment chaque r\u00f4le est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la mission globale de votre organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Agences ou \u00e9quipes internes<\/h2>\n<p>Tout au long de l&#8217;histoire du marketing, les talents se sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans des agences avant de finir par occuper des postes c\u00f4t\u00e9 client. Camille a toutefois remarqu\u00e9 que les organisations clientes sont comparativement plus exigeantes en ce qui concerne les besoins sur le terrain, ce qui semble avoir mis en pause la migration traditionnelle des talents des agences vers les clients. La balance est-elle en train de basculer de l&#8217;interne vers l&#8217;agence ? C&#8217;est tout \u00e0 fait possible, d&#8217;autant plus que les perceptions relatives aux r\u00f4les des agences &#8211; \u00e0 savoir que celles-ci sont soumises \u00e0 une forte pression et offrent un mauvais \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e &#8211; commencent \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 comme de l&#8217;autre de l&#8217;\u00e9quation, le personnel relativement jeune est encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 rester loyal gr\u00e2ce aux promotions, aux nouveaux titres de postes prestigieux et aux augmentations importantes. Dans cette course folle aux talents, Camille remarque que les organisations c\u00f4t\u00e9 client ont du mal \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les talents des agences et, par cons\u00e9quent, recrutent des sp\u00e9cialistes \u00e0 des postes de g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs des agences, qui occupaient auparavant des fonctions essentiellement strat\u00e9giques, doivent se r\u00e9organiser pour assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s techniques, tactiques et commerciales lorsqu&#8217;ils passent \u00e0 des fonctions \u00e9quivalentes chez le client. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux ont donn\u00e9 un grand \u00e9cho aux conversations sur la transparence des salaires. Que ce soit les campagnes Twitter telles que #shareyoursalary ou encore les employ\u00e9s qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lent leur salaire sur TikTok, tout cela a suscit\u00e9 l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat des partisans de la transparence en tant qu&#8217;\u00e9tape essentielle vers l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Oh!
