Google a reconnu le probl\u00e8me et a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#8217;ils travailleraient \u00e0 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration de ces avis au cours des semaines suivantes. Au d\u00e9but du mois de mars 2023, les avis ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9tablis et affich\u00e9s sur les fiches Google, cependant ils sont publi\u00e9s en tant que &#8220;nouveaux&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi cela a-t-il un impact significatif sur la perception en ligne d&#8217;une marque ?<\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux capacit\u00e9s de TransparenSEE\u2122, DAC a acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des centaines de milliers de fiches Google et aux avis qui y sont associ\u00e9s. Nous avons donc analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es pour quantifier l&#8217;impact de cette annonce et nous avons constat\u00e9 qu&#8217;en f\u00e9vrier, seuls 0,04 % des avis Google \u00e9taient marqu\u00e9s comme &#8220;nouveaux&#8221; mais dataient en fait d&#8217;une p\u00e9riode ant\u00e9rieure, ce qui indique que ces avis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s. En mars, cependant, les recherches de DAC ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que ce pourcentage avait grimp\u00e9 \u00e0 22 %, soit plus de 18 000 avis. L&#8217;afflux le plus important d&#8217;avis publi\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 le 7 mars 2023 et l&#8217;avis le plus ancien remonte \u00e0 2010. Si vous n&#8217;analysez pas les avis sur Google Maps \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle (\u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un logiciel comme TransparenSEE\u2122), vous devrez peut-\u00eatre \u00e9valuer l&#8217;importance de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne pour votre entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment les marques peuvent-elles (et doivent-elles) agir?<\/h2>\n<p>Les marketeurs doivent apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces nouveaux avis Google, car les r\u00e9ponses habituelles risquent de ne pas suffire. Les consommateurs qui ont laiss\u00e9 ces avis il y a des mois ou des ann\u00e9es ne savaient peut-\u00eatre pas que leurs avis n&#8217;avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s et ont peut-\u00eatre suppos\u00e9 que les propri\u00e9taires des entreprises n&#8217;y avaient pas r\u00e9pondu. Pour la plupart des consommateurs, cela ne signifie pas grand-chose.
