Si vous vous y prenez bien, vous stimulerez votre croissance client et financi\u00e8re. Mais si vous ex\u00e9cutez mal votre strat\u00e9gie omnicanale (ou si vous ne vous en pr\u00e9occupez pas du tout), c&#8217;est le contraire qui se produira : vous frustrerez m\u00eame vos clients les plus fid\u00e8les et \u00e9roderez votre retour sur investissement marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les enjeux soient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que jamais, l&#8217;omnicanal reste un concept tr\u00e8s mal interpr\u00e9t\u00e9, une conversation qui dure depuis une d\u00e9cennie et qui comporte d&#8217;innombrables faux d\u00e9parts et fausses pistes. C&#8217;est pourquoi nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Forrester Consulting de creuser un peu plus.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9tude qui en a r\u00e9sult\u00e9, <a href=\"https:\/\/info.dacgroup.com\/fr-ca\/dac-forrester-omnichannel-report-2021-fr-ca\">Cr\u00e9er une diff\u00e9renciation concurrentielle en int\u00e9grant vos exp\u00e9riences num\u00e9riques et physiques<\/a>, a sond\u00e9 256 responsables marketing (de niveau directeur et plus) pour \u00e9valuer l&#8217;\u00e9tat actuel et futur de l&#8217;omnicanal, explorer les plus grands d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les marques B2C et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les activit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s pour soutenir le succ\u00e8s de l&#8217;omnicanal. Voici nos trois principales constatations.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>L&#8217;avenir ne sera pas 100 % num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, nous avions pr\u00e9dit que <a href=\"\/fr-ca\/blog\/nos-adaptations-durables-creeront-la-nouvelle-norme\/\">la nouvelle normalit\u00e9 serait fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e par nos efforts collectifs d&#8217;adaptation<\/a> &#8211; sur le plan commercial, culturel et personnel. Cette pr\u00e9diction s&#8217;est en grande partie v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e. Les douze derniers mois ont non seulement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 les d\u00e9veloppements dans les domaines de la logistique, du commerce \u00e9lectronique et de l&#8217;analytique, mais ont \u00e9galement entra\u00een\u00e9 un changement radical de nos attitudes vis-\u00e0-vis du travail \u00e0 domicile et du capitalisme conscient.<\/p>\n<p>Le rythme du changement a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9poustouflant, et un nombre croissant d&#8217;organisations ont fini par adopter le concept <a href=\"\/fr-ca\/blog\/revue-du-balado-3-lecons-a-tirer-a-propos-de-la-transformation-numerique\/\">de transformation num\u00e9rique<\/a>. Mais ne vous y trompez pas : l&#8217;avenir ne sera pas enti\u00e8rement en ligne. Au contraire, notre nouvelle normalit\u00e9 exige une excellence \u00e0 la fois num\u00e9rique <em>et<\/em> en personne. Il n&#8217;y a qu&#8217;\u00e0 voir l&#8217;enthousiasme suscit\u00e9 par la lev\u00e9e du confinement et la possibilit\u00e9 de voir de plus en plus souvent des personnes se r\u00e9jouir d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences physiques simples, qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse d&#8217;un souper au caf\u00e9 ou d&#8217;un rendez-vous chez le coiffeur attendu depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, les strat\u00e9gies marketing les plus efficaces, aujourd&#8217;hui et dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, offriront des exp\u00e9riences omnicanales compl\u00e8tes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des interactions num\u00e9riques et personnelles transparentes. Le seul probl\u00e8me ? Passons au point suivant pour le d\u00e9couvrir&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>La plupart des strat\u00e9gies marketing ne sont pas omnicanales<\/h2>\n<p>Forrester a constat\u00e9 que seulement 15 % des organisations interrog\u00e9es ont des strat\u00e9gies omnicanales v\u00e9ritablement homog\u00e8nes. Plus clairement, les approches actuelles sont bloqu\u00e9es dans le pass\u00e9, car la majorit\u00e9 des sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing continuent de traiter les exp\u00e9riences num\u00e9riques et les exp\u00e9riences physiques comme deux exp\u00e9riences distinctes et s\u00e9par\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wpe-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Graphique-experience-omnicanal.jpg\" alt=\"Graphique experience omnicanal\" width=\"612\" height=\"600\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-60595\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 des \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s du parcours client, la plupart des marques utilisent des tactiques en ligne ou en personne de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e, jamais de mani\u00e8re coordonn\u00e9e. Leur processus est encore ralenti par des d\u00e9ploiements de technologies et de rapports qui ne se connectent pas les uns aux autres, compromettant ainsi tout effort pour cr\u00e9er <a href=\"\/fr-ca\/blog\/revue-du-podcast-les-conseils-de-jay-baer-star-du-digital-americain-pour-une-experience-client-reussie\/\">une exp\u00e9rience client r\u00e9ussie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette tendance varie largement selon le secteur et la r\u00e9gion. Seuls 8 % des d\u00e9taillants interrog\u00e9s, par exemple, affirment offrir des exp\u00e9riences totalement homog\u00e8nes, contre 25 % des organisations de services financiers. Par ailleurs, 19 % des chefs d&#8217;entreprise nord-am\u00e9ricains ont fait la m\u00eame affirmation, contre 13 % seulement de leurs homologues europ\u00e9ens. Le voyage vers un avenir omnicanal ne sera donc pas lin\u00e9aire, mais qu&#8217;est-ce qui nous retient exactement ? Forrester a identifi\u00e9 trois principaux obstacles : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Inefficacit\u00e9 des processus  <\/h4>\n<p>Bien que de nombreuses organisations B2C disposent d&#8217;abondantes sources de donn\u00e9es, elles peinent encore \u00e0 en tirer des informations exploitables (85 %), \u00e0 identifier les bons outils et la bonne technologie (77 %) et \u00e0 maintenir des profils clients unifi\u00e9s sur tous les canaux (77 %).<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Des parcours clients fragment\u00e9s  <\/h4>\n<p>Les consommateurs sont contraints de choisir entre des points de contact num\u00e9riques et physiques lors des \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s du cycle de vie. Moins de la moiti\u00e9 d&#8217;entre eux &#8211; et, dans certains cas, seulement un quart &#8211; sont capables de s&#8217;engager de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne avec les marques \u00e0 la fois en personne et en ligne. Pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une croissance significative, les entreprises B2C doivent d&#8217;abord tirer parti de l&#8217;importance et de l&#8217;appr\u00e9ciation renouvel\u00e9es des magasins physiques. Les dirigeants ne le savent que trop bien, puisque 75 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es reconnaissent que leurs magasins physiques seront importants ou essentiels \u00e0 la performance globale de l&#8217;entreprise au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-56494\" src=\"\/wpe-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/in-person.jpg\" alt=\"Man walking across the shop floor of an electronics store\" width=\"612\" height=\"306\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour les marques visionnaires, cette renaissance de la pr\u00e9sence en personne devrait inclure la maximisation de la valeur des exp\u00e9riences physiques (par exemple, l&#8217;interaction avec un produit et\/ou un expert en produits), le renforcement de la confiance en investissant dans une pr\u00e9sence locale et l&#8217;utilisation de m\u00e9dias locaux pour une touche plus personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, la localisation n&#8217;est qu&#8217;un aspect. Comme le r\u00e9v\u00e8le l&#8217;\u00e9tude dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, les strat\u00e9gies omnicanales les plus efficaces donnent \u00e9galement la priorit\u00e9 aux donn\u00e9es &#8211; quantitatives et qualitatives &#8211; et formalisent les efforts pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des informations exploitables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Faites les premiers pas vers l&#8217;omnicanale<\/h2>\n<p>Il ne fait aucun doute que l&#8217;omnicanale cr\u00e9e des d\u00e9fis complexes pour la plupart des entreprises B2C, et il ne fait aucun doute que ces d\u00e9fis doivent \u00eatre relev\u00e9s le plus t\u00f4t possible.
