Marketing Coordinator

The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator is a role suited for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who can successfully take on several local marketing and some office responsibilities to support our Québec team. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, constantly searching for ways to improve processes and genuinely interested in a position where they can directly impact many aspects of a growing company.


The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator for DAC Montréal will work closely with DAC Global Marketing Team to deploy local marketing initiatives for the Québec market:

  • Coordinate marketing events for prospects and clients, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Create, proofread, adapt and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
  • Conduct local market and competitive research and identify trends
  • Evaluate and monitor local marketing performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator will also:

  • Support new business initiatives for the Québec market (meeting minutes, research on local prospects, etc.)
  • Assist Account Service team with digital marketing and local presence management tasks, on-demand
  • Plan and coordinate internal communications initiatives (Town Halls, celebrations, etc.)
  • Support the General Manager in the administration of the office, including but not limited to: office equipment, supplies and reception desk management.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have native French proficiency and professional English
  • Strong interest in digital marketing
  • Positive and engaging personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A good eye for design
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Ability to work independently and not need constant supervision
