El sue\u00f1o de la  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=z9UjeTMb3Yk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bandeja de entrada limpia<\/a> es definitivamente inalcanzable.<\/p>\n<p>Si consideramos que: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hay m\u00e1s de <strong>8 billones de usuarios de email en el mundo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Este n\u00famero se espera que crezca <strong>en m\u00e1s de 4.2 billones para finales del 2022<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>El tr\u00e1fico estimado total de mails en el mundo <strong>superar\u00e1 los 281 billones de emails por d\u00eda para finales del 2018<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Habremos enviado m\u00e1s de <strong>333 billones de emails diarios para finales del 2022<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La implicaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 clara: todos enviamos y recibimos <em>muchos<\/em> emails. \u00bfPero c\u00f3mo nos aseguramos de nuestros receptores quieran abrir y leer los mails que enviamos? Lo tenemos. Aqu\u00ed os dejamos unos consejillos para que tus mails sean relevantes, se lean y se contesten. <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2>Eng\u00e1nchales pronto<\/h2>\n<p>El asunto de los mails (bueno o malo) ha sido objeto de discusiones interminables, se han hecho pruebas y borradores desde la aparici\u00f3n del email marketing. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 deber\u00eda importarnos? \u00bfCu\u00e1nto poder tiene realmente el asunto del mail?, \u00bftanto como para influir en la efectividad o el CTA? Pues s\u00ed, bastante: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convinceandconvert.com\/convince-convert\/15-email-statistics-that-are-shaping-the-future\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el 35% de los receptores abren el email seg\u00fan lo que diga el asunto<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Con esta premisa, est\u00e1 claro que hay que invertir tiempo en pensar el contenido, el formato y el tono. Te damos 5 consejos a considerar a la hora de mejorar el asunto de tus mails. (y, por extensi\u00f3n, los ratios de apertura y conversi\u00f3n): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Usa palabras que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campaignmonitor.com\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/05\/coschedule-email-subject-lines-words-increase-open-rates.jpg.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">est\u00e9 probado que incrementan los ratios de apertura<\/a>\u2014y evita t\u00e9rminos que puedan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campaignmonitor.com\/assets\/uploads\/2018\/05\/coschedule-email-subject-lines-words-decrease-open-rates.jpg.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hacer saltar los filtros de spam<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliza s\u00edmbolos y\/o n\u00fameros en el asunto. Un estudio reciente de YesWare indica que<a href=\"http:\/\/pages.yesware.com\/rs\/344-PYD-331\/images\/Email-Subject-Lines-That-Actually-Work.pdf?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">los ratios de apertura y respuesta de los mails es mayor cuando hay un n\u00famero en el asunto<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Incluye al menos un emoji. Campaign monitor advierte que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campaignmonitor.com\/resources\/guides\/using-emojis-and-symbols-in-email-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">las marcas que usen emojis en los asuntos de los mails incrementan un 56% sus ratios de apertura<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Que contenga entre 17-24 caracteres. Con todos los mails que abrimos en el m\u00f3vil\u2014de hecho el 50% de ellos\u2014tenemos un espacio muy peque\u00f1o (por ejemplo, s\u00f3lo se ven entre 35-38 caracteres en la pantalla de un iPhone) para hacer entender de qu\u00e9 va el mail.\n<\/li>\n<li>Escribe cada palabra en may\u00fascula. Por eso enviar mails en cadena con un asunto gen\u00e9rico, raramente funciona en la era del <strong>contenido personalizado<\/strong>. De hecho, los mails personalizados alcanzan un 26% m\u00e1s de media en el ratio de apertura y los mensajes personalizados hacen que mejore el click through rate una media del 14% y la conversi\u00f3n en un 10%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les cre\u00e9is que deber\u00edan ser los primeros pasos para personalizaci\u00f3n de vuestros mails? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ataca a lo personal.<\/strong> Esta premisa es un poco obvia, pero los mails que incluyen el nombre del receptor en el asunto <a href=\"https:\/\/offers.hubspot.com\/science-of-email-marketing-2014-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consiguen un \u00edndice de apertura mayor<\/a> que aquellos que no lo incluyen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se din\u00e1mico.<\/strong> Usa contenidos din\u00e1micos seg\u00fan a qui\u00e9n vayan dirigidos. Algunas herramientas de email marketing permiten crear diferentes versiones de cada mail y personalizar la vista para diferentes grupos de suscriptores, seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n que tenemos de ellos. (como g\u00e9nero, edad, historial de compra, ubicaci\u00f3n\u2026).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automatiza.<\/strong> Aunque los robots nunca ser\u00e1n capaces de reemplazar totalmente a los humanos (esperemos\u2026), hay ciertas cosas que es mejor automatizar. Cuando tu usuario haga alguna acci\u00f3n que requiera una respuesta o reacci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida, considera utilizar la automatizaci\u00f3n para enviarle un mail, servirle un anuncio o actualizar su registro. El \u201ctrigger\u201d marketing es genial para la l\u00f3gica SIEEE como: <em>un usuario hace una compra &gt;&gt; trigger &gt;&gt; recibe un mail con un producto digital<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Vete al grano<\/h2>\n<p>De acuerdo con Radicati Group, hubo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radicati.com\/wp\/wpe-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Email_Statistics_Report,_2018-2022_Executive_Summary.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">281 billones de consumidores y mails comerciales enviados <em>cada d\u00eda<\/em> en 2018<\/a>\u2014y este n\u00famero va increscendo. Esto significa que hay demasiado ruido para poder destacar. As\u00ed que necesitamos asegurarnos de que, una vez que alguien ha abierto nuestro mail (yay!), quieran leerlo y actuar al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos consejos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hazlo escaneable.<\/strong> Piensa en p\u00e1rrafos peque\u00f1os, listas y cualquier cosa que evite muchos scrolls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repite el CTA.<\/strong> A\u00f1ade un CTA a tu mail, en la primera mitad (y antes de los bullets) para que el lector tenga oportunidad de actuar, repite el CTA, tambi\u00e9n al final del mail, para recordarles qu\u00e9 tienen que hacer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Divide y vencer\u00e1s.<\/strong> Usa titulares y negrita, pero hazlo de forma juiciosa. Ayuda a los lectores a entender qu\u00e9 es lo importante fragmentando la informaci\u00f3n y facilitando la separaci\u00f3n de conceptos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>TEST. TEST. TEST.<\/h2>\n<p>Una vez que el mail est\u00e1 completo el siguiente paso es testarlo. Sabemos que el 50% de los emails se abren en el m\u00f3vil, a\u00fan as\u00ed seguimos recibiendo, con demasiada frecuencia, que no est\u00e1 optimizado para uso en distintos aparatos<\/p>\n<p>La mejor forma de asegurarte de que la comunicaci\u00f3n via mail llega como queremos que llegue, es hacer pruebas una y otra vez.<br \/>\nHerramientas como Mailchimp te ayudar\u00e1n en el proceso de testeo, permitiendo vistas en m\u00f3vil y Tablet mientras que destacan el posible spam y solucionando los posibles problemas con navegadores y aparatos.<\/p>\n<p>Como alternativa low-tech, puedes probar con amigos. Env\u00edales una versi\u00f3n antes de lanzar la comunicaci\u00f3n oficial. As\u00ed te pueden avisar y puedes comprobar que no tengas la tipograf\u00eda rara, links rotos, im\u00e1genes pixeladas, es mejor resolverlo antes de haberlo enviado a 5,000 destinatarios (*inserta aqu\u00ed sudores fr\u00edos*).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Por supuesto, estas sugerencias son el punto de partida para escribir y enviar <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">mucho<\/span> mejores emails.
