Welcome back to Ambergreen \u2013 the second recruit this year who has returned to their roots in <a href=\"\/en-gb\/contact\/edinburgh\/\">digital marketing in Edinburgh<\/a>. You\u2019ve been brought on board as an experienced Search Marketing Consultant. As the latest recruit, how does it feel to be back at Ambergreen?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AA:<\/strong> I am really excited about the second innings at Ambergreen and the feeling is just tremendous. I would say coming back was a very natural decision, which is quite evident with the ease with which I have been able to integrate with the team &#8211; right from my first day, as if I never left!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As you mentioned I started my digital marketing career here and I learnt so much in the fun-filled environment Ambergreen offers, I think this has been a big reason that I find myself here again, alongside some very talented people who have a great drive for all things digital and possess a worth ethic which is just too infectious. I am looking forward to another exciting journey again!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><strong>GW:\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><em>Not everyone has had the pleasure of meeting you and spending time with you like we have, could you tell us a little about yourself?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AA:<\/strong> Little??? I think I have a lot to say!&#8230; Jokes apart, all I&#8217;d like to say is that I have a huge <a href=\"\/en-gb\/services\/search-engine-optimisation\/\">passion for SEO<\/a> with a flair for <a href=\"\/en-gb\/services\/paid-media\/\">paid media<\/a> and a growing inclination towards social media and creative marketing. I have always been fascinated by the dynamic nature of the digital industry and I am always looking for new ideas that can excite clients. I gained a lot of management and operational experience in the past two years outside of Ambergreen and I think that will is what I\u2019d most like to bring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GW: <\/strong><em>What do you think are going to be the biggest challenges and opportunities for our clients in 2014?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AA:<\/strong>\u00a0I think clients are now quite aware of digital environment that surrounds their brand but it is still a challenge to bring it all together to make it work in a structured and strategic manner. Creating the right strategy and environment where teams can coordinate and work towards common goals will be crucial to achieve the realistic and impressive results that we all desire. Integration of various platforms such as PR, offline, creative and social will be an important driver of excellence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>GW: <\/strong><em>How can you help the clients reach their goals this year?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AA:<\/strong>\u00a0Research, plan, execute and measure&#8230; the factors remain the same as they always have been.
