How I drive Performance: I work hard and play hard, lead by example, am determined to succeed, and I try to never lose sight of the bigger picture. Most importantly, though, I support and advocate for my team. One of the things that makes me happiest is seeing those around me succeed both personally and professionally.

Jesse oversees our Finance organization including accounting, financial systems, payroll, legal, treasury and collections, tax, FP&A, and accounts payable and receivable. He enjoys driving automation, efficiency improvements, and a culture of business partnership while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Jesse holds his Master of Accounting (University of Waterloo) and his Executive MBA (Kellogg School of Management and Schulich School of Business) and is a CPA, CA who has held progressively more senior finance roles over the course of his career. He is passionate about, among other causes, education, the arts, and supporting underprivileged communities. Jesse currently serves as a Vice President on the Family Day Care Services Board of Directors and on the Executive of the University of Waterloo School of Accounting and Finance Alumni Association and is a past member of the University of Waterloo Board of Governors as well as its Senate.
