DAC Group Europe is looking for a Content Strategist to work with clients to develop and execute digital strategies to achieve their objectives. This individual will work closely with the research, media, SEO and digital strategy teams to help create awareness about the Client Company, products/solutions, and industry across our European footprint.

What We Get
  • 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent writing, content development and communication skills.
  • Experience using database marketing and automation tools e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua. Certification preferred.
  • Experience using website analytics e.g. Google, Omniture. Certification preferred.
  • Clear understanding of the social media and digital content space, with a proven approach to helping clients achieve success via content.
  • Keen ability to mine through data and extract relevant insights.
  • Solid presentation skills; ability to assemble and present top-notch PowerPoint decks and to present them with confidence to c-level executives.
  • An understanding of the SEO (search engine optimization) technology & environment, particularly as it relates to content and social media.
  • Experience with social media community management for large enterprise clients.
  • Self-motivated; comfortable working autonomously in a high pressure environment and collaborating with specialists across multiple teams and offices.
  • Results-oriented; solid understanding of analytics, program measurement and optimization. Google Analytics and/or Adobe SiteCatalyst experience an asset.
  • Some travel (30-40%) may be required.

  • Perform content, usability and social media audits of client and competitive digital assets for the development of a content strategy.
  • Provide a comprehensive view and recommendations on how to better create efficiencies via the demand generation channels of search, social, display and email.
  • Providing constructive feedback to content contributors and actively manage client social media accounts.
  • Analyze analytics to improve content strategies for blogs, websites, or email campaigns.
  • Undertake persona development exercises for creation of content and automation strategies.
  • Segment target audiences based on industry, persona, and behavior.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing plans and digital outreach strategies.
  • Actively measure results and optimize workflows for segments to increase lead conversion.
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through improved calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through relevant channels.
  • Set up and provide performance reports to clients and agency teams on the performance of content and automated programs in place.
  • Support the new business and account teams in pitches and presentations for content strategy mandates.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, and serve as an internal centre of excellence, sharing knowledge and ideas with the broader team.
  • Fluent in at least 2 European languages, including English language.
