Our DEI Committee advocates for equity, holds the organisation accountable, and drives initiatives that support a vibrant, diverse, and sustainable workplace where everyone feels they belong.

### Mandatory DEI training

Every new DAC employee participates in mandatory DEI training, which is designed to promote understanding and ensure that all team members feel empowered to bring their full selves to work.
