color: #337ab7;\">August of 2012<\/u>, this merger is a good thing for consumers and advertisers alike.\u00a0 Benefits of this merger include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continued rationalization of the directory marketplace<\/li>\n<li>Redundancies eliminated and best practices implemented to maximize return on investment for advertisers<\/li>\n<li>Transition of &#8216;publisher&#8217; mentality to one of a &#8216;marketing services company&#8217;, looking to interact with advertisers and consumers wherever those audiences are (online, social, mobile, directory, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Consumer and advertiser choice of services &#8211;
