On a technical level, you’re basically a wunderkind: you have demonstrable experience of striking down barriers to good UX – buggy forms, mobile incompatibility, confusing user paths – by leveraging analytics and performance data, identifying key opportunities for improvement, and quantifying the results.

And, last but not least, all the responsibilities in full:

  • Manage and support the conversion optimization strategy
  • Define guidelines for a process for the wider digital team to follow when considering testing
  • Design and execute A/B split & multivariate testing with tools such as Optimizely or Visual Website Optimizer with the goal of improving conversion and usability for internal and external users
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to identify key opportunities for improvement (and quantify the impact of efforts)
  • Develop process for continual improvements based on data
  • Provide guidance as a SME on landing page best practices
  • Develop test plans & campaign requirements to be implemented by our design & technical teams
  • Lead the implementation of an optimization plan including; testing roadmap and conversion strategy with goals, segmentation approaches, key messages, and test parameters
  • Work in conjunction with the strategy, development and marketing science team to define performance metrics that inform UX optimization efforts
  • Provide guidance to designers and developers on optimal user experience interactions for new and existing user interfaces
  • Active optimization of the user journey and taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements
  • Regularly report the results of optimization
  • Continual evaluation and improvement on the effectiveness of campaigns through data-driven strategy and KPI focused analysis
  • Inform client strategy and assist Account Managers with conversion optimization recommendations
