We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the plunge into the digital marketing pool with both feet (water wings optional).  Within your first 12-18 months at DAC Group, in addition to learning new ad platforms (i.e. Google) and cooperating with various vendors (i.e. Facebook),  you will gain a deep understanding of campaign optimization, media planning and ultimately become a digital guru. Experience working with DCM (Doubleclick Campaign Manager) and major platforms is a plus, but we will train you on the necessary platform and tools used by DAC Group. What We Get
  • A Subject Matter Expert on display media who applies DAC methodology across all media platforms, participating in internal and client-facing meetings as required
  • A highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a bachelor’s degree in math, marketing, advertising or business administration; 1-3 years’ experience in ad operations and display advertising on advertiser, publisher or agency side would be a plus
  • A display ad expert to develop strategic media campaigns for clients in varying verticals, and identify and align display goals and objectives with clients’ corporate and marketing goals
  • Someone to perform industry, competitive and audience research using the appropriate media planning tools to gain an understanding of digital landscape and to identify display opportunities
  • An experienced professional who loves to work collaboratively with the Display Team and cross-functional teams (as appropriate) to formulate pixel strategies, channel attribution recommendations, creative messaging strategies, ad rotation strategies
  • Someone to provide trafficking and troubleshooting guidance on all campaigns, develop and implement adtags and retargeting pixels
  • A valued team member to review campaign performance utilizing Analytics and self-serve platforms, and recommend opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences of various sizes
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and organized; ability to manage time effectively
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and eager to master new software applications and platforms
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

What you’ll do:

  • Become a DAC Subject Matter Expert (SME) on display ad media buying and ad operations 
  • Identify and coordinate campaign trafficking and launch requirements
  • Plan and execute ad trafficking processes from beginning (inputs) to end (launch)
  • Perform QA and testing pre- and post-campaign launch 
  • Review campaign performance utilizing Analytics and self-serve platforms, and identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Develop weekly/monthly client-facing reports, including qualitative and quantitative data, and recommendations to improve performance
  • Troubleshoot campaign trafficking issues as they arise
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendor partners 
  • Participate as the display ad operations SME for internal and client-facing meetings as required
What We Want
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in running performance-focused campaigns that generate online conversions
  • Experience in ad serving and self-serve advertising platforms, including but not limited to TTD, DBM, GDN, Facebook, etc.
  • Familiarity with Display, Mobile, Video and Social Media advertising channels
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, organized; ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with DCM for trafficking and reporting purposes
  • Experience working with media planning and/or optimization tools, including but not limited to comScore, Hitwise, WhatRunsWhere, Adobe Media Optimizer
