In her current role as Director of Operations, Kiran is responsible for defining business requirements and implementing systems and online applications for both the print and digital sides of the business. She is also responsible for the operations workflow processes, with the purpose of ensuring the placement of error-free directory advertising for clients. She is proud of DAC Group’s overall accuracy rate of 99.99%. Kiran has played a significant role in the ongoing development of DAC Group’s proprietary database system and online applications (C.O.O.L™). She embraces change with passion and enthusiasm and applies technology to the business with the focus of “making it easy for clients to do business with us.”
She lives north of Toronto, Ontario with her husband and two children. In her spare time she takes to running the trails of Nobleton and can be spotted in local charity 5 and 10 km runs where she consistently works to improve her personal best time. Kiran is also actively involved in her community and enjoys convening the local girls soccer teams.
