James joined DAC Group in early 2007 as our Business Development and Client Service Director for Alberta. He is a well-respected and recognized directory industry veteran. He spent over 10 years in senior management and sales roles at both Yellow Pages Group, and SUPERPAGES. James has experienced the directory business in many provinces across the country, and understands and respects the regional nuances that affect our national clients.
James has been involved in helping clients leverage the power of the internet since 1995 when yellowpages.ca first appeared on the Canadian online landscape. He has a passion for bringing our clients new leads for their business and continues to advocate a balanced print and online strategy.
Fuelled by an intense desire for customer excellence, achievement, and competition, James will be building upon DAC’s existing footprint in Alberta; one of Canada’s most explosive markets.
James wants to see the world with his three children. He is a committed fitness enthusiast and when not attending to our clients you can usually find James at the gym, or running one of Calgary’s many trails.
