David Yap

David gained wide experience internationally working in the U.K. for British Oxygen, Octopus Publishing Group and in the television industry. He further developed his skills in management consulting when he joined Touche Ross International in the Far East as a senior management consultant.

Emigrating to Canada from London, England in 1983 with his wife and their two sons David expanded his acute business acumen with Nestle Canada.

In 1988 David joined DAC Group as the agency’s Controller and became Chief Financial Officer in 1998. He holds the FCCA (UK), ACMA (UK) and CMA (Canada) accounting designations.

David lives in Thornhill, Ontario with his wife Caroline. They travel extensively and he also enjoys gardening.
